This impressive antique coach maker’s hand router is a rare survivor from the traditional wheelwright and carriagemaking trades. Measuring a generous 16 inches across, this large-format wooden router plane offers great leverage and control.
Additionally, the wooden stock is made for heavy trade use, featuring a flush-mounted steel sole plate on the bed and an inlaid half-moon brass wear plate across the top throat.
