Sorby
Sorby is family of British tools manufacturer’s still going today. Although mainly known for vintage plane blades and chisels, they also made other edge tools. Their range has included saws, knives and shears. The family name Sorby has been associated with tools for a long time (earliest 1797). Through several changes of ownership tools can be marked Isaac Sorby, John Sorby or Robert Sorby (most recently).
