Description
Millers Falls No.120B Breast Drill – broken for spares due to damaged / broken chuck and worn retaining clip on the high-speed side that allows too much play of the drive gear whilst in the high-speed gear. This prevents the gears from meshing properly, but where the retaining clip isn’t worn (on the low-speed side), they mesh perfectly. Made in USA.
This price is for the main body assembly that includes the drive – this is the main drill body, the bevelled gears, the spindle, bearings, etc. It excludes the main drive wheel, all handles, the breast plate and its associated arm. Note the retaining clip that is worn, is within this assembly, but otherwise the drill seems to be sound. As such the worn retaining clip in this drill body will need to be replaced or repaired, but other parts could be scavenged for another drill.
