This is a pristine New Old Stock (NOS) Stanley 100RJ auger bit with its its original factory card. Manufactured by Stanley Tools Division of The Stanley Works Pty Ltd Australia, this 14mm (9/16″) bit features the iconic Russell Jennings double-twist pattern designed for fast, exceptionally clean boring in softwoods and hardwoods using a standard carpenter’s bit brace.
With no evidence of use and in perfect condition, the bit retains its factory-sharp lead screw, spurs, and cutting lips without any rust, post-factory sharpening, or workshop wear. A hard-to-find example in unused NOS condition, making it an ideal addition to a vintage auger collection or a top-tier user bit for traditional woodworking.

Condition
NOS (New Old Stock) condition. Almost impossible to find. The bit is unused and with its original backing card. There is something like shellac splashed on the shaft of the auger bit (we haven’t tried to clean it), but otherwise a great condition bit ready for use. Perfect collectible state.
