Description
Vintage Record 405 multiplane combination plane in original box. This plane complete, but the box inserts and book are missing. The selection of blades are complete and generally in good shape. There is a little bit of surface rust in places which can easily be tidied up. 3 of the irons have chips in them which will need to be ground out (see photograph). With a little love this could be made into a nice tool, but wouldn’t take much to get it working. As such not a collectors tool, but a reasonably priced user.
