Stanley 200 Cutter and Chisel Grinder honing guide (repaired)

Description

This Stanley 200 Cutter and Chisel Grinder honing guide from the USA has been repaired.  It’s still functional, but the rear wheel frame has obviously been knocked off and roughly rewelded.  It’s a shame because other than this, it’s in great condition.  It includes the original box which isn’t in bad shape.  It comes with the often-missing original envelope with the thumbscrew and the small brass bushing.  The tool has a single patent date which puts it at between 1925 and 1930.

Suit a collector for spares.
