Description
This Stanley 71 router plane is a Type 9 which dates it between 1916 and 1924. It’s marked with the patent date 9-10-07. It’s in great condition for a tool that is 100 years’ old or maybe more. It has rosewood knobs and one 1/2″ cutter that appears to be original. The cutter is in good condition and square edged but is not sharp.
This router plane is in excellent working condition and once sharp, could be put back to work or put on a collector’s shelf.
