This is in crazy good condition for a Stanley No 85 spokeshave. Made in USA. Patented 02-19-01 which suggests it was made between 1902 and 1923. Stanley name and patent date still crisp.
Slight curvature to the blade, it’s not perfectly flat. This might actually be a bonus for some applications. Very original condition boxwood body. Lovely tool.
