Very early Stanley 51 spokeshave with V-pattern Stanley Rule and Level marked iron which typically dates tools around 1912-1918. Iron has a little over 8mm of usable metal below the cut-out. Iron marked Stanley New Britain, Conn. USA. Blade will need very little work to make sharp, but looks to have been sharpened on a grinder. Very little of the original finish is still present.
