We do our best to keep our customers happy, but in the rare case when things go wrong we rely on this refund and returns policy.

Policy Overview

Our refund and returns policy expires after 30 days for domestic sales and 45 days for international sales. If the refund and return policy period has expired since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in the ‘as sent’ condition.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where a partial refund may be granted or the item is subject to our Buy Back policy:

  • Where an item is not in its ‘as sent’ condition
  • Any item that is returned after the refund and return policy period has expired

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of our receipt and of our decision with regards to the refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If after 7 working days (not including Australian holidays) you, please check your bank account / credit card transactions before contacting us.

Buy Back

Where the terms of the return and refund policy are not applicable we may be willing to offer a buy back service. We reserve the right to decline this service. Please contact us to determine whether we will consider buying back. Please note our buy back rates are lower than our selling prices.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are not as described. If you want to exchange an item it needs to be for an equivalent value item(s), contact us using the webform and return your item to the address as detailed below.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We take no responsibility for the successful return of your items.
