Description
A British made Bowden & Co 12″ steel backed saw with split nuts is up for sale. The previous owner has applied what looks like polyurethane varnish to the handle. Handle has a little vertical movement on the plate. Back and plate are almost straight. Teeth have been poorly filed for cross-cuting without any set, so will need some attention. Some evidence of an etch still on the plate.
If we don’t sell it, we might restore it ourselves but expect the restored price to be at least twice this price.
