Description
Unnamed brace washer cutter with double ended washer marking head. One end looks like it should be sharp, but has been broken. Looks like the washer cutter spins on a 5/32″ (5mm) pilot hole centre. Appears to be able to mark (or cut if sharpened) between about 1/2″ radius and 2 1/2″ radius.
