Jeweller’s Vice with 1 5/8″ jaws

Description

Bench mount jeweller’s vice with 1 5/8″ jaws.  Jaws have a working opening of 1.5″.

The vice is marked with an ‘M’ we suspect this may be a Marples vice from England.  Could do with a bit of a clean and the jaws are not perfectly aligned (less than 1mm or about 1/32″ out of square), but this closes up to a fraction of a millimetre as pressure is applied.   Hefty little vice at over 900grams.
