Wow, a Millers Falls No.97 2 speed breast drill. Made in USA. These don’t come up too often. This is a serious piece of hand-cranked kit. The drill has 5 modes (plain, right hand ratchet, left hand ratchet, and then both a left and a right-hand drive whatever direction the handle is cranked in. All 5 modes can be operated at 2 speeds. It also has the original removeable breast plate and almost most of the original paint is still there. Nothing missing except the box and the instructions. Then the crank handle can be set at an angle other than 90 degrees to mean it’ll fit into narrow spaces. Crazy and genius!
The most accomplished breast drill ever? Probably. Rarely available in Australia and shipping would kill you from the USA.
