Not too often you find Stanley 199 knifes these days, but finding one in mint condition with the original booklet and blade cover and in factory green is unheard of. Made in England with the blade cover marked accordingly. Fixed blade with original 4 spare oil-paper wrapped blades in the handle which includes a carpet blade. Absolutely a collectors item.
