Description
Vintage Stanley 9 1/2 block plane with Stanley blade. Both blade and body Made in England. Blade is sharp, but the first groove or two have previously been ground out to allow the blade to advance due to wear. Currently has a full blade adjustment before further regrinding of the slot or a new blade will be required. Blade has been sharpened with an obvious smoothing radius which we haven’t corrected, but we have made it clean and sharp. A solid original user block plane.
