Description
Really nice handle on this Toledo bevel chisel which is 1/2″ or 13mm wide. No markings visible on the steel. Toledo are Swedish made steel for the Australian market. Known to hold an edge similar to a Berg chisel. We’ve never seen a Toledo chisel without any finish on the handle, but after seeing this one, suspect that they may have been sold that way.
Steel is in reasonable shape, but will benefit from a clean and definitely need a bit of sharpening to reinstate those corners. Otherwise in decent shape.
Plenty of life left in the chisel. 9 3/4″ in length
