Description
Awesome Stanley Bedrock 604 1/2 smooth soled plane. Bedrocks are rare in Australia, but the 604 1/2 (equivalent to a Stanley 4 1/2 size) is even rarer. Believed to be Type 6 with V logo on blade and two patent dates on the sole. Appears to be all there and in great condition. No problems with the mouth or the iron. Rosewood is all in tact with no evidence of any repair. Frog has been repainted and probably the sole too. Otherwise all appears to be original.
